Aloe Vera is known to cure wounds, cuts, skin infections, and other
skin problems. It is also used for internal body healing especially on
ulcers, kidney disease, constipation, bladder issues, and other health
conditions. And that is why it is very important to carry with you an
Aloe Vera leaf as part of your emergency kit.
Yes, it is safe to eat Aloe Vera as long as you consume it on
moderate amounts. Don’t overdo it because it may result to watery
stools. You can cut a very long leaf into several portions that are
one foot length. This allows the open ends to dry up and let the
juices stay intact inside.
Eating Aloe Vera is like a walk in the park. You can scoop out the
gel inside or you can simply eat the entire leaf. You can do this on a
daily basis to strengthen your immune system as well as to get
different vitamins such as Vitamin B12. This makes a healthier body
free from toxins and wastes.
There are a host of rules when eating Aloe Vera. First, when you
first cut the leaf from the plant, you will notice a yellowish gel
coming out of the portion where you’ve cut it. This is a little bitter
juice so you need to cut the end by at least two inches so you only
get to eat the good part.
Make sure you watch the entire leaf with water to remove any dust
in it. Again, you can eat the leaf along with the juice that comes
with it, or you can peel off the leaf and eat only the liquid
part.
Aloe Vera comes in handy when you’re in the road and you experience
some sort of bowel syndrome. It helps loosen up your stools if you’re
experiencing constipation.
Aloe Vera is also a good way to moisturize your skin and keep it
soft. Just make sure you wash it off after about an hour. You can mix
Aloe Vera juice with your drinks at least once a day. This helps keep
your system in tiptop shape free from infections.
